COMMONWEALTH hails from Huntington Beach, California. HB was built on extreme sports, tanned hard bodies and off the hook partying. This fact makes clear the roots of the band whose members are made up of a pro surfer, a respected tattoo artist, a moto X racer, an 80s TV car culture aficionado and a computer powered musical genius that orchestrates the guitar-driven, hip- hop laced musical explosion that is COMMONWEALTH. The bands music has been sought after by X-treme sports music supervisors as their beats and gritty guitars lend them self perfectly for surfing documentaries, off-road DVD’s and X-treme sports competitions. Robert Kinsler of The Orange County Register noted the bands original short bio of "No jobs, no girlfriends, no future, let's ROCK!" was more of a satire-tinged tale and that fans of the rock hard outfit know well the power and emotion that is a vital part of COMMONWEALTH’s original rockers and live performances.
